What we collect+
- Contact & order details you provide (name, email, phone, shipping address)
- Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
- Messages you send via our contact and trade forms
- Technical & usage data (device, pages viewed) via essential and, with consent, analytics cookies
How we use it+
- To process and deliver your orders and handle returns
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer care
- To meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations
- With your consent, to send marketing you can opt out of at any time
Legal bases (GDPR)+
We rely on: performance of a contract (to fulfil orders), legitimate interests (to run and secure the shop), legal obligation (tax and accounting), and consent (analytics cookies and marketing).
Sharing your data+
We share data only with processors who help us operate: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, email provider (Resend) and hosting (Vercel). They act on our instructions and are bound by contract. We never sell your personal data.
International transfers+
Some providers are based outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights+
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Under the CCPA, California residents may request disclosure and deletion and opt out of any "sale" (we do not sell data). To exercise any right, email support@phservices.shop.
Retention+
We keep order records for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting requirements (typically 6–7 years), and other data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected.

If you're in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We'd appreciate the chance to resolve it first — please contact us.
