About us+

This site is operated by P & H SERVICES LIMITED, Company No. 04280804, registered at Red House Farm, Red House Lane, Beausale, Warwickshire, United Kingdom, CV35 7NZ. Contact: support@phservices.shop.

Products & descriptions+

We describe our mirrors and vanity items as accurately as possible. Our products are mirrors, lighting and storage only; they make no skincare, cosmetic-efficacy or medical claims. Colours may vary slightly with your screen. We may update the range at any time.

Prices & currency+

All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Any applicable taxes or import duties are the customer's responsibility as noted at checkout and in Shipping.

Orders & acceptance+

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

Payment+

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card statement will show the descriptor PHSERVICES.SHOP. We do not store full card details.

Shipping, returns & refunds+

Delivery is covered in Shipping. You may return unopened items within 14 days per our Returns & Refunds policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Safe use+

Follow the product's care and safety guidance. LED mirrors are low-voltage (USB / battery) only and must not be modified or connected to mains. Secure wall and standing mirrors as instructed. Keep small parts away from children.

Liability+

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law+

These terms and any dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
